Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to our delivery page for prices.
My shipping address is incorrect what should I do?
As long as we have not yet dispatched your order we can change the address for you. Please contact us with your order number and the correct shipping address.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We hope you’re really happy with your purchase. If not, please refer to our returns page for more information.
Are there any items I cannot return?
Sale items are excluded from any returns or exchanges.
Do I need to pay for my return?
Yes, the customer pays for the return. The item is your responsibility until it is received by us, we therefore recommend returned items to be sent in a form of recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Further details can be found on our returns page.

How do I place an order?

Go to your bag and add any discount codes you may have.

Select 'Secure Checkout' and select the Shipping method required.

Enter your delivery details and select your payment method.

How do I create an account?
Creating an account with Abaya Bliss is simple.

Creating an account with us let’s you keep a ‘Wish List’ of your favourite Bliss style.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are dispatched using a tracked service. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way and the expected delivery date.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Currently we are unable to take cancellations or amend your order once it has been submitted. Please note that this includes changing the size or colour of an item, removing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods. For further information please contact us.
The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?
Head over to our ‘Pre - Order’ page and shop your favourite Bliss piece. Select your desired size and colour and let us do the rest.
